Mr. Ali Al-Otaibi

Vice President - Sales and Operations

Mr. Ali Al-Otaibi currently serves as the Vice President of Sales and Operations at Maharah Human Resources Company. He is a key leader with
a long and diverse professional experience spanning over 30 years in the healthcare, marketing, and operations management sectors.

Mr. Ali Al-Otaibi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Imam Muhammad bin Saud University. He has advanced through several executive positions within Maharah, including:

    • Executive Director of the Business Sector (2019–2022)
    • Director of the Medical Sector (2017–2019)
    • Marketing Manager (2014–2017)

    Before joining Maharah, Mr. Ali Al-Otaibi worked at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre. His roles there included:

    • Executive Assistant at the Oncology Center (2010–2014)
    • Head of Admissions and Inpatient Services, Case Management Supervisor, and Autism Program Coordinator at King Faisal University Hospital (2006–2010)
    • Case Manager, Case Management Department at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (2001–2006)
    • Housing Supervisor, Housing Services Department at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (1998–2001)

    He also worked as a translator at King Khaled Eye Specialist Hospital (1994–1998).

 

Mr. Mussab Al-wohabe

Executive Vice President of Finance and Investment

Mr. Musab Al-Wuhaib currently holds the position of Executive Vice President of Financial Affairs at Maharah Human Resources Company.
He has extensive experience spanning over 20 years in the financial sector, where he has held several leadership roles at prominent companies.

In addition to his executive duties, Mr. Musab Al-Wuhaib is a member of the Audit Committee at Care Shield Holding (Kingdom Hospital)
and serves on the boards and committees of several subsidiary and affiliated companies. His key roles include:

    • Member of the Executive Committee, Arabian Shifa Medical Company (2022–2024)
    • Board and Executive Committee Member at TPH Company (2020–2023)
    • Chairman of the Executive Committee at Spectra Company (2022–2023)
    • Board and Executive Committee Member at Bloovo Company (2020–2022)

Before joining Maharah, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at the Arabian Paper Manufacturing Company (2017–2020)
and managed the treasury at Amiantit Group for ten years (2007–2017). He began his career as a Senior Credit Analyst at the Saudi Investment Bank (2005–2007).

Mr. Musab Al-Wuhaib earned his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in 2019 and a Certified Strategic and Competitive Analyst
(CSCA) in 2021. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering /Industrial Engineering from King Saud University in Saudi Arabia.

 

Mr. Naif Al-Boqami

Executive Vice President of Shared Services – CEO Advisor

Mr. Naif Al-Buqami currently serves as Executive Vice President of Shared Services and the Advisor to
the CEO at Maharah Human Resources Company. He is also a board member of several affiliated companies:

    • Spectra Support Services Company.
    • TPH Manpower Services.
    • Arabian Shifaa Medical Company.
    • Professional Development Training Company.

Mr. Naif Al-Buqami has over 17 years of professional experience, holding several leadership positions in various fields including engineering, operations, and human resources. He previously served as
CEO for a number of companies in the human resources sector, worked as an expert at Airbus global company, and was the Director of Operations and Maintenance at the National Gas and Industrialization Company.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from King Saud University.
