Yes, you can replace the live-in worker in accordance with Maharah’s approved policies and terms. Maharah offers customers the option to request a replacement if the worker does not meet your requirements or for other valid reasons.

What is Maharah Human Resources Company?

Maharah Human Resources Company is a public joint stock company listed in the Saudi Stock Exchange with a capital of three hundred and seventy-five million (375,000,000) Saudi riyals. The company was established according to the Ministerial Resolution No. 80/Q dated 02/04/1434 AH (corresponding to 12/02/2013 AD), and according to Commercial Registry No. 1010364538 dated 07/04/1434 AH (corresponding to 17/02/2013 AD). Maharah obtained a license from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to practice both mediations in manpower recruitment and provision of labor services to others from individuals, as well as the public and private sectors.

Maharah Human Resources Company provides human resources and manpower services, in addition to offering solutions for the individual sector (residential) and the business sector (institutions, companies, and government agencies) through various services such as: Monthly domestic labor service for the individual sector. Hourly domestic labor service for the individual sector. Professional and non-professional labor services for companies and the business sector. Other services and various solutions in the human resources sector.

When is manpower provided?

The duration depends on the profession itself, nationality and the required quantity. And that is completed after the agreement is confirmed, and the contract is paid.

What professions does Maharah provide to the business sector (companies, institutions, and government agencies)?

Maharah provides more than 240 professions to meet the needs of the business sector.

Does Maharah provide an ATM bank card for the worker (s/he) in the business sector?

Yes, we provide that to all workers. And we transfer salaries to the card at the beginning of each Gregorian month.

Does the company provide medical insurance for the worker (s/he) in the business sector?

Yes, and the ID card is sufficient when visiting the medical centers, without the need to present the insurance card.

Is it possible to replace the worker (s/he) in case of illness or refusal to work?

Yes (in accordance to the agreed upon dropout rate in the contract)

Can the worker (s/he) travel outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the client?

Yes, but a security deposit must be paid for this service, and it is a refundable amount upon the worker’s (s/he) return to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. That is in addition to the government exit and entry fees based on the travel period. The relationship manager should be contacted as well to sign the documents. It is also imperative for the client to obtain the necessary visas for the worker (s/he) to enter the country he wishes to travel to, according to the requirements of each country.

Can the worker (s/he) travel within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the client?

Yes, the worker (s/he) can travel with the customer to any place inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

What are the hourly professions offered by Maharah for the individual sector?

Household cleaning service.

Can medical insurance be upgraded upon the desire of the client/employee?

Yes, as long as he bears the cost of the upgrade.

Is Maharah raising salaries, as well as leave and end of service benefits?

Yes (based on what is agreed in the contract regarding end of service benefits)

Can I renew my establishment's contract with Maharah?

Yes, you can renew the contract by contacting the relationship manager.

Can I request specific specifications?

Yes, and the required specifications are provided based on availability.
