It is a licensed services launched by Maharah Human Resources Company in conjunction with the Ajeer program to support Saudis, as one of the initiatives sponsored by the Ministry of Human Resources that contributes to regulating temporary work and elevating the competence of the labor market by benefitting from Saudi cadres and raising the Saudization rate in corporations.

- Outsourcing human resource services through which the Esnad Maharah program becomes responsible for employment, payroll, leaves, social security, end of service benefits, wage protection systems, medical insurance and any other requests from employees during their employment.
- Seasonal employment to cover urgent manpower needs for 90 days or less.
