Mr. Mussab Al-wohabe

Mr. Musab Al-Wuhaib currently holds the position of Executive Vice President of Financial Affairs at Maharah Human Resources Company.
He has extensive experience spanning over 20 years in the financial sector, where he has held several leadership roles at prominent companies.

In addition to his executive duties, Mr. Musab Al-Wuhaib is a member of the Audit Committee at Care Shield Holding (Kingdom Hospital)
and serves on the boards and committees of several subsidiary and affiliated companies. His key roles include:

• • Member of the Executive Committee, Arabian Shifa Medical Company (2022–2024)
  • Board and Executive Committee Member at TPH Company (2020–2023)
  • Chairman of the Executive Committee at Spectra Company (2022–2023)
  • Board and Executive Committee Member at Bloovo Company (2020–2022)

Before joining Maharah, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at the Arabian Paper Manufacturing Company (2017–2020)
and managed the treasury at Amiantit Group for ten years (2007–2017). He began his career as a Senior Credit Analyst at the Saudi Investment Bank (2005–2007).

Mr. Musab Al-Wuhaib earned his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in 2019 and a Certified Strategic and Competitive Analyst
(CSCA) in 2021. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering /Industrial Engineering from King Saud University in Saudi Arabia.
