Maharah Human Resources Company Launches the Future Competencies Program (Maherun) to Enhance Its Employees' Skills

Maharah Human Resources Company, a leader in providing integrated human solutions, announced the launch of a new training program named “Future Competencies – Maherun,” which aims to develop and enhance the skills and capabilities of the company’s employees to keep pace with the demands of the modern era and the ever-evolving market challenges.
The “Future Competencies – Skilled” program spans two years, offering participants over 100 hours of specialized training that includes intensive training sessions and individual coaching sessions for each trainee. Mahara collaborated with Qroshb Institute in this program to ensure the delivery of world-class, internationally recognized training standards.
Upon completion of the program, trainees will receive a globally recognized professional certification from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), one of the most prestigious British institutions specializing in awarding certifications for managerial and leadership qualifications.
