Maharah Launches “Maharathon” Under the Slogan “Solve It” with SAR 350,000 in Prizes
Maharah Human Resources Company announces the launch of “Maharathon” under the slogan “Solve It,” offering talented individuals and innovators the opportunity to participate in developing solutions to real-world challenges in the human resources and workforce services sector, drawing on its experience in the labor market and its understanding of the needs of individuals and businesses.
“Maharathon” will be held in person in Riyadh from November 19 to 21, 2026, with 100 participants and a total prize pool of SAR 350,000. Participants will compete to address ten challenges across three tracks: (National Talent and the Future of Work), (A More Efficient and Compliant Labor Market), and (An Experience That Builds Trust).
The slogan “Solve It” reflects the essence of the initiative: presenting the sector’s challenges to minds capable of creating innovative solutions. How can we make jobs more attractive and sustainable for national talent? How can we leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance compliance? How can we make the customer experience easier and more reliable? These questions, drawn from the realities of the labor market, allow participants to transform their knowledge and skills into practical, scalable solutions.
Maharah emphasizes that empowering human capital includes engaging individuals in developing solutions and playing an active role in advancing the labor market. Through “Maharathon,” the company connects its operational expertise with participants’ ideas, with promising solutions to be presented to the relevant departments within the company to explore opportunities for further development and implementation.
The launch of this initiative extends Maharah’s role in supporting innovation and digital transformation in the human resources sector and contributing to building a more efficient, competitive, and sustainable labor market, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
Maharah invites Saudi students, graduates, and professionals aged 18 and above to register individually or as teams through the official registration link available on its social media accounts and application, until November 5, 2026.
